1) 并不是跑更多mpw就更好.
(旧理论是more is better)
but 专业的还是100+ anyway :)
2) LSD (Long SLOW DISTANCE) 初级水平
sorry Henderson :). 但是现在更多人认为long run要避免太慢。
至少后面 1/3 or 1/4 需要有质量的 such as Marathon pace
3) interval 更长更慢
以前认为400 intervals , running hard是好的。
现在更多的 600-1200而且慢多 (faster is not better)
4) cross training也很重要
虽然you need to run to run faster 但是 游泳骑车椭圆机是保持fit好办法
5) 适当强度的训练
tempo越来越强调。HRM也越来越普遍 .
6) 恢复和训练同等重要
