下面是多伦多马拉松的official coach Jenny Hadfield发的group email的一部分,
她是推荐脚跟先着地的。
"Feet should be landing lightly and quickly over the ground. Pretend you are
moving forward and there is a 2x4 2 inches above your head. You don't want
to bounce up and down every time you take a step, instead, you want to move
forward with very little bouncing "up".
Your feet should be landing on the rear of your foot and pushing through to
the toes. Short, quick strides provide a fast turnover and easier effort. It
