little unhappy even though it was only a run for icecream ( to buy icecream for my
lp first). Then I decided to run in the second morning.
As a non-early bird, I waked up at 6:50 am in the morning and found that
rain was pouring. My enthusiasm was killed again by the rain that made me
sort of upset. Therefore, I have to run in the gym today.
I choose a machine close to big window so that I can watch the rain. In the

economy. Use short, fast, and high intensity speedwork to buildup speed. Use
long run to buildup endurance.
Actually I was told it was fun to run in the rain. Maybe I will give it a
try when the raining season comes. |

the pouring rain.
