Got up before 5am and didn't wait for the alarm sound.．You can tell how
anxious I was. Washed, changed, grabbed my gear bag, and left my house at
5am. Ate one peanut bar and a bag of GU chomps with a bottle of Cytomax
while driving towards the ½ marathon finish line at Los Gatos High to
meet julian.
I got to the destination 15min before the scheduled meet time 6am. Called
julian and was told he would be a couple of minutes late. It was still dark |

I should join your group for the next long run. maybe that will help me push
down my pace and get a sub-2h half. :) |

qualified to be your pacer. We all run just under 2h. (feline too?)
For me slow down is easy, to speed up is another story. If you guys want to
do a long run on the LGCT. I'm up for it.

last few sundays along Los Gatos Creek Trail. On sunday morning, when I
parked my car at Campbell park, I saw volunteers setting up the water
station just off the wooden bridge. I started to run towards Vasona park and
then turned around before leaving the park. On the way back, I met the guy
dashing forward with the bike rider leading in front, I think he is the top
finisher in the HM race. On my way back to Campbel park |

year's race because of busy schedule. If live close by I would try to make
it to the trail every weekend.

Cake is my naive excuse for running slow for the second half,
i don't think I can improve any even without it.

版大喜欢的sawyer camp不错

It's been so nice to run along with you, hehe, that's the main reason I
could run faster than what I expected 9 min paces. Hope I did not drag you
down. It is a totally new experience for me to run with friends this time, I
did not even feel really bored or tired when we are close to the end. it is
a fun race and hope we can run together in the future. so.. I encourage you
to register the CIM marathon too. :-)

上回跑jungle run，坚持的很辛苦。这次也没怎么准备。
本来是想随便跑跑，中途不行了就算了。可是看到这么多牛人一块跑，
自己放弃了，太没面子了，所以一直跟着winndixie 和Blogrance。
中途还吃了winndixie的GU，实在没有任何借口放弃了。最后居然跑到了，还比
上次的成绩快了3分钟。主要感受：winndixie和blogrance带跑带的好；中途喝
了水（上次比赛几乎滴水未进，最后半迈难受的只好停下来走了几步）还补充GU；
天气相当的爽，又在熟悉的trail （好像天时地利人和我都占了）。遗憾是没有看到
cives结束全马，也没有参加赛后的腐败。

runners towards last couple of miles. It's a great feeling to have a strong
finish.
CIM is very tempting, but I have not run 18-20 miles so far. Maybe it's
too late to ramp up miles now.

miles. I plan to run an 18 and two 20s in the following 4 weeks and then
taper for 2 weeks.
hopefully I can reach the end not by crawling.. hehe
