five fingers -- my first time! I have never run more than 2.5 miles in
five fingers before, nor faster than 7 min pace, so I didn't have high
expectations. It was a fun run any way. Most runners are dressed up in
superhero costumes, captain american, ninja turtles, etc etc. I didn't
have any fancy costumes, but I think I was the only one wearing five
fingers!
I ran the first two miles averaging about 6:40 pace. It was not easy | m**k

发帖数: 4931 | 3 That's crazy. I can't imagine how to run in five fingers without landing on forefoot -- that sounds like "total shin destruction".
Just found out that I finished #13. Had I knew I'd rank so well I'd have pushed harder!
