何况你是半路抽筋，还是得在训练上再动动脑筋解决隐患。

were five weeks apart, and I improved by 11 minutes. The reason was that in
my marathon in April I was under-trained. I had cramp during the race, but
the cramping actually HELPED me, in the sense that it made me run slower
than I would have otherwise, and the impact on the body ended up being less.
I was able to recover quickly from it. Netghoster go for it!

. I don't think I will have time for systematic training. The chance to BQ
will be even thinner than now.
I just want to do my best this year. Don't want to regret later on.
With the help of the flatness of the course, I believe I can do it. |
