顺便问问大牛们，应该冷敷还是热敷？小腿前内侧踝骨上方，按压和跑都疼。会不会是
传说中的shin splinter? |

cloud in the sky really helps on this fully exposed course, and the bay
shore wind does not catch up yet in the morning. so, it is perfect for
running.
For 7:30am group, we have: Cole, Aniu and me. We started at the lakeside of
the park, running into the stevens creek trail and back to the shoreline
park around 8:40, and then run another 4-5 miles out on the unpaved trails
along the bay shore. Totally we run about 13 mile

I did my make-up long run on Sunday morning. I ran 12 miles
on my neighborhood streets at avg. 9:20 pace.(Thanks to my new 305)
I stepped out my house at 7:10am, and it was so cold (around 40F)
and sunny (right, the sun already came out here in Tri-Valley).
I thought I could warm up in 15min, but it turned out my hands
and arms were still freezing after 30min or so. I thought it might
be a good day t

with your and other's plan by going earlier a little or running a little
more later I think Cole and Aniu are planning to run a little longer than 13
, say 14-15 maybe.
we can start to plan so people can arrange time to attend.
