really strong:D, so i can have much more fun from it.
btw: I did a 7 mile tonight, ran faster than yesterday about a 8:50 pace,
itbs only jumping out once at above 6 miles then i speed up then the pain
went away, so i guess you are right, running slow hurts more!!

初马可以考虑sf marathon 7月25日,虽然路线有点tough。
但是景色很棒。

发帖数: 1980 | 7 i know, it's very nice!i did Presidio 10 last year, cross the GGB, it's half
of the SF Marathon course. it's hilly.
a week later, i injured myself (Groin strain--the most painful injure i ever
had, much painful than itbs) in a 10 mile run then stopped running for 3
months...
