Too many things are suddenly going on in these days, exciting, scaring, but
definitely looking forward-:)
Here is a short report:
I was a little worried as I over stretched some muscle yesterday. But it
turned out to be ok.
The weather was very nice for this unplanned PR (about 8min faster than my
first one last year this time). But I think the most important is because of
our patient runner lion2997, who run with me, who let me to lead the pace
in the first 8 miles and |

貌似跑出neg split。我觉得你5K能跑出22分，半马潜力还很大。对我而言，5K 22分的
难度远远超过半马110分钟。

Many guys on this board can run 8:20 pace with HR lower than 150. But for me
, that is a walking HR-:(

前面8迈8分30-40秒跑，对我来说没问题，但最后5k 24分跑下来太艰难了，因为我要参
加5K比赛也就24分的水平。所以，如果我用8分20秒的even pace跑半马，应该比这样
neg跑下来更现实一些。
记得你用8分pace跑过8迈，因此，我在想如果你的pace不那么neg，兴许成绩更好？

不过应该会试一下你的建议，主要是8分pace跑过8迈就跑过那么一次。我好像是有重大
事件才能跑得比较快-:)
