I did a few 5k's last year. I am thinking of going hiking even on week
days (before 8am going to work) as my daily training thing. My joints
are not so good, so I am trying to mix up my training. Any good trails in Bothell area?

are so soft (covered with horse poop :P) and it's very cool in the summer. I
used to sneak out and run for 1 hour during lunch break last summer before
I moved to downtown.
