makes me think about the cost of running.
I ran about 1600 miles last 12 months.
Retired 4 pairs of Nimbus and Kayano, $400.
Retired 8 pairs of sockes, $20.
Other running cloth depreciation, $40
%50 Gym membership as running cost, $120.
Bottle Water/Gatorade/Gel/PowerBar, $50
So, it is about 40 cents per mile.
I did not count most of the one time charges, such as racing, traveling and
