gears couldn't be simpler: a pair of shoes, socks, non cotton shorts &
shirts, a $15 watch, a base ball cap when it's cold, a lightweight jacket
when it's wet, and a water bottle when I run 10+ miles. that's pretty much
it.

就冲出去longrun 10迈+， 跑了个把月似乎也没啥事情， ；）

glasses are usually a non issue. cotton, however, kills me.

发帖数: 588 | 15 I am neither. :) so be4 my reputation on this board gets permanently damaged because of my big mouth, i must admit that I manage to run 3-4 times a week with only 2 shirts. All my gym shirts are tech shirts. they are pretty easy to wash with my hands and dry very fast. Plus the fact that I have no b.o. certainly helps. There
were times when I was lazy and actually re-used the shirt from the previous
day. That doesn't gross me out and I am not noticeably smelly :)

我刚跑步的时候，穿着里三层外三层，还尽是高领，外加一双攒新的一走也支支叫的
nikeair，早上五点爬起来冲上跑步机，只能跑15分钟，一个星期后崴了脚碗，崴的那
个惨，架双拐，领零时残疾停车症，啥也干不成俩月
