Alberto Salazar's runners each have a key word for the big races. When they
are exhausted, on the verge of collapsing, they would repeat this word to
themselves, and hold on to it. So I figured that I need a magic word too.
The first one that came to mind is "burn". It sounds pretty good for now.

最困难最后的MILES留给你的最爱 俺开始说了几个七大姑八大姨 等到最困难的时
候早忘了这茶， 满脑子 要么是‘退出 OR 继续‘ 要么开始神游 ···· 或者
QUARTER MILE 的一个个数

不敢push too hard， 怕后面歇菜。 如果最后体力不支的话， 可能mentally
也只能支撑一会儿。 总之俺和elite差十万八千里了， 还远远没到那个境界。

I feel I don't have to say anything to myself but instead try to smile. That
makes me feel strong (mentally). Don't know if it actually burns my energy
though...:)
