You are new to Marathon business, 1st yearer etc. And you have a limited
budget.
Normally, the bone pain is of tendnon problems. If the pain is so severe,
you can't endure. See a physiotherapist immediately. The sooner the better.
The budget is around $500 for physio treatment. X-ray and further medical
treatment not included.
I received three physiotherapy sessions each $68, some medical insurance covers part of it. X-ray and pedestric doctor is free at the country wh |

很难坚持,
后来改洗澡的时候把主要的韧带摸一遍,
