最近几个礼拜,基本上每个星期就跑一到两次,每次大约12英里这样。但是我开始跑新
开的那段
trail,有两个英里的长坡,虽然坡度不大,然后后面的路全部都是水泥了。
这个变化非常明显,我这两天感觉膝盖本身有点痛,只是我从来没用过的感觉。
我自己的判断是,我还没有适应跑坡和水泥路,肌肉没有锻炼好,结果膝盖就直接受到
冲击了。希望过
一段时间能好转,说不定我也要吃 move free 了,哈哈。

I recommend running on your forefoot on the downhills. In the past few
months I run on rolling hills in almost
every workout, including downhill sections where I could easily hit sub 6:00
pace if I feel like. I land on my
forefoot exclusively on steep downhills, and my knees feel as good as they'
ve ever been.

嗯,下坡快跑是最伤膝盖的, 而且陡坡用前掌着地似乎有点点难度, 需要身体
尽量往前倾?

well, for me, it's my muscles, I only land on my forefoot all the time, so
I have different problem. In my previous runnings, I basically have no
hill at all, totally flat.

主要成分就是glucosamine, 据说润滑膝盖有点用。。

Well, that is the part you need to get used to. Last year I practiced
running in five fingers and landing on my
forefoot only, and that helped me a lot. Nowadays I switch between forefoot,
midfoot and heel leading in most
of my runs. I could do an entire 10 mile run on forefoot if necessary --
although I try to save some calf
muscles and therefore only do forefoot on downhills when I need maximal
protection of my knees.

do both sides of your knees hurt? or just one side?
yes, you need to more time to get used to it. just take it easy now.

I had some tickling feeling at my left knee last Sunday after a 30k run too.
But then it disappeared after Monday's double...

先土路上跑些EASY吧,ACTIVE些养着.不过下坡最易犯的是patellar tendonitis,
你两边痛就不是那个,问题应该不大.

看来跑DOUBLE RECOVERY很强大,就是太吃时间,咱心有余而力不足......
