and when I was running out of them (usually takes a week or two, in my
training season, takes only four days), I start to wash them together in my
washer's mini mode. Drying is very easy, I hung them indoors and they will
dry up overnight.
Just throw them in the laundry basket.
For my cycling jersey and shorts, I usually wash them at least after three
rides, which might be a week or even two, they stink for sure :) |

I change between two sets, and feel I need more sports clothes, but they are
beyond what I can afford.

发衫不发裤呢?).袜子一般的都可以,除非long run或race需要运动袜.目前费钱的是鞋
和报名费呀.
这样下来一周汇总洗一次也就够了.

shirt也不担心，有时候很想把shirt脱了。

若干年后,有肚子没腰的时候,每每热得受不了想脱shirt的时候,都是无语凝噎.
