最近这两个月以来一直在忙着健康跑的推广，已经连续跑了13个城市，每到不同的
城市，一些朋友总会问到我许许多多关于跑步方面的问题，现在，终于可以坐下来在这
里和大家聊聊这些话题，今天，我们专门讲讲许多爱美人士尤其是女士关注的问题，跑
步到底会不会让小腿变粗？
长跑是一项有氧运动，其消耗的主要能量是脂肪，且会有效控制腿部肌肉长条发展
，可以说它是一项极好的强身塑体的运动。所以大家根本就不用担心因为长跑会使小腿
变粗。我们长跑运动员就是实例。如果大家仔细观察，会发现长跑运动员都有一双美腿
。（注：长期进行无氧力量型运动的人会使腿部肌肉变粗。例如，短跑，举重等爆发力

现在跟几个朋友一起成立了一个以我名字命名的健康跑俱乐部，与众多大家概念里的俱乐部不同的是，我们的俱乐部并不是提供健身场所的健身房，而是一家推广健康理念的公司，致力于通过各种形式把健康和运动的理念传递给每一个人，号召大家关注健康参与运动。另外，我还一直积极地参与全国的一些有关健康和运动的推广活动（全民健身的推广），还有奥运的推广，我希望能够利用更多的平台，把健康和运动的深植人心，让每个人都动起来，让中华民族强大起来。
目前我们在沈阳的五所大学成立了分部，每所学校限定三百名会员，我们主要是通过聘请教练带领同学晨练，给学生开设有关健康和运动的讲座，来带动学生参与运动的积极性，从而帮助同学们养成一个良好的生活习惯，拥有一个健康的体魄，成为一个真正意义上的健康的人。我想大家都明白健康的身体对我们每个人的重要性，那么怎么样才能健康，这是我们一直在努力研究和推广的问题。我不敢说我们的观点就是绝对的权威，但我可以肯定我们对各项运动和中国人现有的健身状况作了研究和比较，中国人目前参与运动的主动性还非 | l*********n

and they really go 100% with absolutely
nothing left in the tank. They need competitors to push themselves to the
limit. Easier course doesn't
necessarily mean a faster time. The psychological factor is huge. By the way
, London marathon does have a
fast course, even though it's not the fastest. Paula Radcliffe set her world record in London.

live under, have smiles on their faces. In China, you only see grumpy people
who look and talk bitter. Being
poor isn't an excuse to not enjoy the gift of life.

知道农村孩子的苦.90年代初我们那还有饿的上吊的.我考大学报志愿都专挑学费低的学
校和专业.我们同学很多挑军校和师大因为读书不要钱.
1。不能什么都一味怪到chinese system.看一个国家的问题,要纵向看.折腾了100多年,
大家都明白,只要政治稳定,不折腾,什么都可以改好的.如果想突变,唯一的后果就跟当
年的文革一样,一团糟.至少现在当街骂胡靠没人管了.1990年以前的几千年里,中国人什
么时候敢当街骂皇上?至少现在13亿人差不多能吃饱饭,住进了房子.
2。可以肯定的是,haile他们现在在他们国家属于富人.他现在脱贫了,他可以enjoy跑步
.他小时候练被教练逼着跑步未必就很高兴.跑步是他们的脱贫致富的一个重要手段之一

3。王军霞她们当年也只是10多20岁的农村孩子,要么跑步,要么回家种田.跑步再苦,也

loves running and enjoys training
hard -- wait, what's so impressive about that? No, you are supposed to train
so hard that you hate it, train so
hard that it is pure torture, otherwise you'd put our country to shame. They
just have to come up with a story
about how much the athletes suffered.

种平日无人问津，基本靠奥运战略国家投资的项目，真的是很难。至于说美国运动员，

些人怎么出头的.奥运什么的也就是当party high一下而已.

公园里人太多。中小学的运动场大概不让外面人进。搞其他运动的还是很多的。

in Beijing, I ran with the bikes -- it wasn't so bad. The air was bad, but
it's not any worse than riding a bus.

我的意思是中国的文化从来都是要吃大苦才能出人投地。所以中国人即愿意听，
也喜欢说这样的话。
还有一个因素是所在场合。你能想象刘翔一手抱着耐克的跑鞋，一手擦眼泪，述说
自己训练的痛苦吗？
我不是说这些人不真诚。只是说的话都是在一个时间，一定场合有目的的。
都希望能引起听众的共鸣。有意无意的就要有选择。
没看懂您想说啥。我说难，没有说中国运动员就绝对没有enjoy运动的，但是像田径这
种平日无人问津，基本靠奥运战略国家投资的项目，真的是很难。至于说美国运动员，
那就更无厘头了，不知道你怎么推理出我有这个结论的。
