I recommend a combination of grits plus irish oatmeal. All natural, high in
fiber and iron, just 3 minutes in the microwave.

Sometimes I add lactose free milk. no sugar, I add a little salt -- it is
supposed to be salty.

CO喜欢放盐。麦片粥,核桃仁,煮鸡蛋,都放一点点盐,好吃很多,满足感也大很多。
