不知道你有多高，170市斤其实不算太沉。我这点小个儿，女，其实也据此不远。。。
锻炼身体，不仅仅是减
肥，我觉得提高身体素质也很重要。最近一周两次羽毛球，运动量可能没有跑步大，但
是是急跑急停，突然发
力，好像比较适合我这种爆发力比较强的人，貌似跟快肌慢肌理论对我的分析像相吻合
。而且短期心率会上得很
高，对心肺功能的锻炼有帮助。

yes.. he still does not look like a very good runner. :)
but for his age, he is pretty good .
I think most important.
he has a runner's heart. at least from his writing.

started last year but has already improved his 5K from 28.5m to 27m. i'm not
sure i can beat him at that distance ;-)
you're right, the key is young at your heart

Since the eve of her 75th birthday, Joy has finished 32 half marathons, from
Phoenix to San Antonio to Nashville to Philadelphia, coming in first in her
age group in 28 of them.
