is age adjusted. My age graded result is 20 minutes, and my 50 year
colleague finished side by side with me was graded below 19 minutes.
This system is better than BQ age group. | y******n 发帖数: 4527 | 2 you mean, the result will be converted into a universal way by taking into
account of age?
What is factor 1 age group in which your graded result is equal to your real
time?

this, say 30 year old is the base, one year older than that will shorten the
run result by 0.5%. The real formula factors in male/female, the finish
time, etc, and is not linear. The top women record in my company is a 50 year
lady who finished 23'xx", and is graded to 18'xx".
