average of 9:00 pace.
Anyway, the point is, strong ones see opportunities, while weak ones see
excuses.

riding comparing with running.
Of course hardcore people can do whatever they want, but it is not a good
idea to make that strong a standard for everyone, and thus conclude that
we are all weak people.
As I see myself a normal one, I know I am not as strong as those year
round ultras guys, but I don't take it as a shame on me that I am not
strong enough.

lake Michigan in 13 days is nothing to sneer at.

很多地方去不了， 除了有速度的快感。。。

当然，有些地方免不了车骑人。。

俺小时候骑车做过的危险事情多的是。。。包括在江提上往下冲。。。

thrilling, but a little bit too dangerous. Maybe MTB is different. |

这种跟六旗的过山车的刺激没法比。。。
话说俺原来骑车可以双手脱把， 左手打伞， 右手带一辆车。。。:D
