Bowerman在born to run里面很反面，像harry potter里面那个能变成老鼠的人，简直
臭名昭著。

watched "Running Brave" (about Bill
Mills). I thought it was pretty good. I remember thinking, "they ran the
10000m in under 30 minutes? holy
shit!".

loses gloriously.
The most I have learned from the movie is Pre's running form. Want to run
fast? Run like you are having "the deepest penetration" (for male only.
girls you gotta find your own terms).
Q: what would Pre call LHR training?
A: chicken shit.
