intervals, a lot more than an hour of running junk miles.

even slower than walking up. You also need to stand up biking, at least
that works for me.

or with other runners with a very high accuracy just by checking each others
pace even if you run at totally different times and places.
In cycling, it is more difficult if not impossible because road condition
and aerodynamics have a much larger effect on your speed. You can feel
pretty strong and fast one day and think your pace is comparable to that
local fast group. Then next time you decide to go to that fast riding
