Mine is left leg has more over-pronation than the right one.
Have someone take a picture of your two feet while standing
straight barefoot on a flat surface.
You can check the alignment of your ankle and lower leg.
My bet is that your right leg is more over-pronate.
Once you have problem with arch, it would impact your knee too.
The leg is functioning as a system.

an uneven surface. I prefer not to run on the camber road.
Pick a running trail with flat surface would be a better choice.

If they don't, see a podiatrist to get custom insoles.

到的,觉得很有帮助。
If you do find yourself running on steeply cambered terrain, try running on
different terrain or different routes if you can. If you have to run on the
same streets, try running them in the other direction (if local laws and
traffic allow) or by running at the edge of the road on the shoulder rather
than on the road itself. Icing and self massage can also help relieve your
soreness.

不是
我说的是不同时期不同地方的不舒服,都是右边。还好,我都没伤过(训练不足,说的
很没底气)。
dish跑的很relax,一点不难受。
很有趣的是,最近同样距离,同样时间完成,一个有坡,一个没有。没坡的跑完小腿更
累。呵呵

If you runing in the gym, look at mirror while you run on treadmill...you
can tell.
If so, do some strengh workout might help. |
