pace, gradually went down to 8:34 pace over 3 miles, and stayed there for a
couple more miles. speedstar is narrower than cumulus, and the sole is a bit
stiffer. It felt a bit strange at the beginning. When I went at 8:34 pace,
it felt alright. Finally, I took off my shoes and ran barefoot for another
mile, at around 9:30 pace. Followed up with knee raise and kick out drills,
some dumbbells and some push-ups. Now I'm fully |

enough in them to tell if they are
comfortable. so far all I can say is that they seem okay.:)

the slower portion was ok. but the insole felt slippery when i was striding.
or maybe it's the socks...

too wide for my feet), run a few short - HM races with them, feel kinda nice
. The stripes locked my forefoot well, do not have any problem with it. Like
it's light weight and the fact that it has enough cushion on heels, so
wouldn't be a problem if you run a slightly longer race in them. Just not
sure if they are good choices for a FM. |

I'm worrying since they have thick cushion on the heels but thin cushion on
the forefoot part, I feel I gain faster leg turnovers with this design, but
does it stress out your calves when adding on miles?

pretty comfortable on them with faster paces.
On the contrary, now I started to dislike shoes with thicker heel cushions,
such as Cumulus.
