看到首页有关心律的讨论,看到大家心律都这么低。
你们看看我这个跑步记录,为什么心律这么高?
可以看到,我就是早上起来围着小区跑了一圈,10分多的PACE,最高203,平均178.
The percevied effort was about medium. I took it easy did not push myself.
Does this look abnormal to you? 203bpm at 10+ minute pace?
The rate does go back to normal reasonaly quick after I stopped. It reached
110-120 bpm range after about 2 minutes.

补充一下,本人还算爱运动的,平时做些weight trainng, 有时候跑跑步, BMI 22。
还是有点担心,那我的MAX 是多少? 203+5? 203+10?
对了,我有一只说是可以测量VO2 MAX的Polar手表,很久以前测是四十几,最近测的是
55,说是elite程度。VO2MAX不是有氧运动能力的一个标尺吗? 为什么我的VO2MAX较高
但心脏跳这么快? - 估计POLAR太不准。

Polar Fitness Test™ was further developed to result OwnIndexS™,
an advanced modification of OwnIndex™. In the test development study,
450 laboratory fitness measurements of 15-65-year-old healthy men and women
were performed. Correlation coefficient between the laboratory measured
VO2max and OwnIndexS™ prediction in the data was 0.96 and the mean
error in the prediction was 8.2% (3.7 ml/kg/min). Thus, the accuracy of the

if your VO2max is 55, no way your HR can even reach 130 when you are running
a 10min/mile pace on flat on sea level.

那个vo2max没什么用的。跑个比赛来测Vo2max吧。

用的是GARMIN305,我不是经常跑,不大用它记录心律。最近刚刚开始记录这些。我再
多跑跑记录下。。多谢。

first couple miles are not accurate from 305, I usually ignore the reading
from the first 2 miles.

Exactly. So it really seems rather inaccurate.
On the other hand, it does trace my improvements. My VO2MAX constantly
improves from 42 to now 55. I guess it is at least useful to track your own
improvements or as a motivational tool.

你哪个polar也能显示心率啊 左手305 右手polar 再跑一次

那个心率表有的时候会出现过高读数.不是很经常

如果开跑前把心率器的背面贴胸部分弄湿,这样导电性从一开始就比较稳定,就会准确
一些.否则从没出汗过渡到开始出汗,就会造成读数的不稳定.

我现在都是带一小瓶水,开跑前才把它弄湿戴上
