found my office mat's gf has done it, and even my office mate did it....
and one day, i got a chance to chat with vivil.....
then i start my journey....

9个星期前的一天，和同事聊天，他说打算训练一年参加马拉松比赛。
我觉得我的BMI比他虽然高一些，但是也不会高太多。我想既然人家
能做到，我为什么不也尝试尝试呢？于是就开始了过去8周的训练。。
怎么样，故事很boring吧？ |

Terry Fox Run 10K.

endurance sports. More recently, Dean Karnazes inspired me to do ultra. I
drew my inspiration from many, Haile Gebrselassie for his confidence and
attitude, Steve Prefontaine for his guts and determination, Bill Rodgers and
Ryan Hall for their laid-backness, Scott Jurek for his healthy lifestyle
and free spirit, ...... as well as runners right here on this board.
