well for me.

become less severe when your % body fat goes down. I'm not sure if that's
just people's science though...

slow pace :P
Starting this week, getting blood inner thighs. damn it. Really the time
to get Fan Shi Lin (Vaseline).
Thinking to run to home today and stop by the new opened Target store
right next to the brand new Brocade building on HW237 to get a Vaseline.

helps dissipate the heat, bad side is, I need to hydrate a lot.

进厕所把Inner Thighs帖的创可贴撕掉，上面惨不忍睹的粘着blood。
涂上凡士林，出门跑5，6分钟后就不再没有不适的感觉了。
