有比较长的
（比如10miles以上)的适合跑步的trails？我上次去的时候发现Cambrige附近红灯还挺
多的。似乎
不太适合跑步
只能11月18日安顿好以后，下午到晚上跑跑了 |

发帖数: 4931 | 4 Let's go for a run together! I'll do maybe an easy 10-miler on Friday the
19th and a 5-mile tune up race (10am at fresh pond, free of charge) on the
20th. I guess you can't join the race if you want to hear about p-adic
groups.:)
The usual places I run are: charles river - 17.2 miles round trip, though it
extends further to the west; freshpond - 2.25 miles loop surrounded by
trees; miniutemen bike trail - 11 miles long bike trail surrounded by trees.
There are plenty of other options, if you ahead toward the north or west of
Cambridge (and run to the other towns).

Otherwise it is kind of stupid to drive back on Thursday night or Friday
morning, then go to Boston again.
I will think about it.

We have a friday 5 m run, not really a race but you can of course compete
with other runners. It is in the evening though, 5:30pm every Friday.
you wanna come down and run it?
Oh, this coming weekend there is a Falmouth in the fall 7m race of which I will
probably be a volunteer. You can search it and are welcome to come down to
run it.

saturdays followed by a long run on
sunday, as part of the AM style training schedule. It isn't so convenient
for me to go down to cape cod just any
day since I don't have a car.
