似乎就是70miles的plan把55miles的cross training换成了recovery running
我的问题是:这两个plan对身体的负担有显著差别吗?recovery running是easy
running,差别不会很大吧?

估计是全马跑3:30和3:10的区别。Recovery pace的跑步是增强基础有氧能力的。不妨
先用55mpw跑跑,以后再上70mpw
