Sreedharan, a 28-year-old Railway employee from the Southern Indian town of
Palghat, won with a 31:50.47 national record while Raut, who had taken the
silver here in this event in the last Asian championships and who had won
bronze in the recent Commonwealth Games, claimed the silver, in 31:51.44,

flats are so thin that I couldn't tell if she were running barefoot during
the race.

太精彩了！
这一万米彻底改变了我对印度体育（只有板球）的偏见。很遗憾没有印度观众送上一面
国旗！

发帖数: 4931 | 8 When I visited India, I tried to use the treadmill in the gym, and was told
that I can't wear shoes on the treadmill. After disputing for five minutes,
I was allowed to wear my shoes. But then I was told that the treadmill use
was limited to 15 minutes because otherwise the machine would wear out. All
I could think was, WTF.

我认识好几个跑长距离都很牛。吃菜的人不长膘, 血脂少，心血管强大。当我们还在减
肥struggle中，别人已经系统训练了。
