runningwarehouse.com and check their support level ratings, choose one that'
s minor or medium. I was wearing stability shoes, The brooks ardenline feels
as if there is a piece of brick under my arche, but the Nike zoom Triax 13
feels not much diff than neutral shoe, yes the support is there, but not as
intrusive as brooks.

发帖数: 221 | 5 Suggest you start from a stability shoe with less support, like Nike zoom
trial 13. The Ardenline has maxium support, it could be too much.
Try to fix your running form with stability shoe, when your runing form is
improved, go to neutral shoe.
Go to neutral shoe now might make your feet feel good, but could hurt your
knee.

height.

发帖数: 5352 | 9 痛死了。上次被ROAD RUNNERS推荐了那个100刀的G什么的鞋，跑一次后脚跟严重受伤，
我趴窝了一个多月才好！！我现在只穿NEUTRAL的。

，左脚受力太多。我换了一次，以后也不会再光顾了 |

shoe.
If you look at support shoe, looking from side, the inside of the shoe's
midsole has an area of darker color, usually gray, that area is stiffer than
the white area. The more control the shoe has, the stiffer or harder of
that dark area.
It's obvious from the following photo of your gts 11.pay attention to the
gray area of the mid sole.
