我的2011年的目标是2 HM+1/2 FM.之前跑过最长的就是今年的SJ R&R Half（1:47).现
在争取周一到周五跑30M。 希望以后能有机会加入BAD_unknown running group 向各位

请加入了。

发帖数: 13580 | 6 my "long runs" are just 12-15 miles, not much more than 2 hours. when the
temperatures are in the 30s and 40s, I usually don't need to drink. On the
trail I run, I will pass a drinking fountain 6 miles from my starting point,
and I run out and back. So I know I have the option to sip some water 6
miles into the run or 6 miles before the end. But I haven't exercised that
option yet except in the summer.

temperature outside without water and I would have passed out if I had run
one extra mile.

理由是，比如说Nathan的，带一瓶水真的很重，影响身体的平衡性，我带过一两次，移
动的时候真的很难受，赶紧给他喝了，就没事了 |

a big burden with no benefit while for others, getting adequate hydration
overwhelms the inconvenience of the extra load. |
