down steep hilly trails for 14.5 miles in 2:30.
Look at the elevation gain more than 2200 feet.
I love this trail!

I did walked another 3-4 miles with my family on the park later.

were painful from 6 miles all the way to the finish. |

2迈热身,然后绕着半山豪宅区跑,一圈5.37迈,高度差490ft,顺逆顺跑了三圈,最后
2迈cooldown。全程有好几个3-4%的long uphill/downhill,正好准备boston。
没有怎么看表控制速度,不过还是跑出了negative split。三圈的时间: 44:56, 44:33
, 44:21,但是心跳就一直飙升。这样的long run的确很难,感觉比interval/tempo还
要难。
最后20迈用时2:46:12,pace 8:19/mi,elevation +1630ft/-1630ft。 |
