前段时间我第一次long run从家跑瓦尔登湖，还是冬天，0摄氏度左右。出发时带了GPS
，手机，水，PowerBar等等各种东西。以防万一，我还提前通知请我室友接我回来。回
来的路上坐在车上真暖和！
