It didn't feel that bad when I started at 2:40pm, it's
sunny but dry. The road has quite a few ups and downs,
but I controlled my pace to 10 minutes and hanged on.
The mental little guy and the reasoning little guy kept
fighting all the way. At about 3.2 miles the reasoning
little guy took a strike. I really should take a break,
and I did.
The road was so hot that immediately I felt on a smoking
grilling from waist down. It really felt better to run,
but the little guy reasoned a good risk of injury sort of
thing. So I walked slowed for about a third mile and
resumed running because my legs really couldn't bare with
the heat wave hissing from the road.
Then, just one block to my building, I gave up again.
This time it was a conscience between the two guys.
So I checked the weather online, 99. Too bad, one degree

自从我习惯早上跑以后对热天的容忍退化了。还好就是这里最热早上也有70多。much
better than 3digits..
当然热天跑和run in blizzard类似，就图这个fun!
