偏偏Hotel的gym又很好 忍不住就买了双Nike training
心想跑3mile而已 不会怎样
没想到跑完第二天左脚脚弓 脚锺就疼的厉害
现在几周过去了 我穿AirMax的跑鞋走路 爬山 感觉是越穿越舒服 然后换上那双
Nike training就会越来越疼
选合适的鞋实在是太重要 |

发帖数: 2634 | 3 I met similar problem. I had a pair of Nike training
shoes before started running. It was and is very comfortable
while walking, especially in the mall on hard floor.
I started running using this pair. But quickly I got
heel pain. After quite several trying different shoes,
including my badminton shoes to run, I realized that the
Nike training shoes created the problem. So I bought
Asics and NB running shoes on sale. Not expensive at all.
My heel pain problem has gone after switching to them.
By the way, tennis and badminton shoes are all very good
for running, very comfortable, though a little under cushioned
for running. My badminton shoes are much more expensive than
my running shoes. If go on the road, they lose the tacky
traction very soon, and cannot be used for badminton (it is
very dangerous if you slip on the badminton court: It could
result in serious injury; At least it will make you unable
to speed up for the killing smash or make sharp turns to save
the shuttle from touching the floor.)
I know good runners use less cushioned shoes, but I am not
there yet:)
