Real runners on this board were posting real races in unprecedented pace.
I
have only stuff not related to my running to BSO:
The 26 miles (one way) of running/biking trails near my home is now
officially open:
10 miles to the east of my home, 16 miles to the west of my home. The 16
mile section has 5 water fountains. The 10 mile section, however, has none
so far. Even for 20 mile long run, now I have several choice on the same
trail now.
Anyway, I have no complaint, nor excuse.
So, run, baby, run! |

the quasi desert part of the SouCal
In NorCal, it is probably better

saw, were running with no shade at all |

guess you have to invest on running lights to do more night runs? :)

if you like, you can run anytime :)

水，这个循环中轮回。一边跑一边想，啥时水能漏完。通常是刚漏完就又踩水坑里了。

可能我上次跑得太少（5.5mile），所以袜子还没开始磨脚，不过脚泡在湿袜子里很不
爽，估计都泡大了半号。下次试试天狼星说的不穿袜子。

雨天脚湿是没办法的事情，要学会适应，trail ultra哪个比赛不湿脚。冬天的时候我
们还特地到上山适应训练，冰水刚刚化成小溪，直接在里面趟着跑。
如果你实在纠结脚湿，可以试试drymax的袜子

I was asking "Is there any kind of sock can do the trick running in the rain
" to cookiejar by saying that, "No sock" certainly does not work :) |

谢下雨哥信息。请问衣服有啥建议。现在还可以穿短裤Tshirt跑，下雨也就忍了。之后
如果穿长裤长褂， 湿了会不会全贴身上了？

发帖数: 819 | 38 冬天下雨还是不建议在室外跑，容易生病，影响训练就得不偿失了，冬雨的寒气也更容
易进入身体。我们冬天去山上也是大太阳天，跑完晒晒脚很舒服。
如果你实在要雨天跑，穿windbreaker，轻，透气，防雨。UTMB规定参赛者必须携带一
件。

only do that on muddy trails
