what i did not expect is that,and i quote:
"Arrived at Arizona with no competitive running experience whatsoever"
Since the cross country season started, Arizona’s Lawi Lalang hasn’t known
what it’s like to lose. A freshman from Kenya, Lalang counts wins at the
Dave Murray Invitational, the Roy Griak Invitational, the Wisconsin adidas
Invitational, the Pac-12 Championships and the NCAA West Region
Championships.
BTW: sub-30 is a must if you want to gets in top 20 at the NCAA championship
