Went back to gym in the early evening. Noticed that
my turtle speed 5mph HR was only around 141bpm after
20 min. This is about 14bpm down that of when I started
LHR training a month ago!
Having realized that the HR is too low, I run 30min@6mph
with HR around 165bpm. |

Thinking of HR <= 155bpm @ 6mph soon!
I actually had a 1/4 mile @ 8mph at the end of training
before cooling down. For this lap, my HR only peaked at
175bpm - I knew it would blow up within one or two more
laps, so just quit for keeping LHR.
