I usually have only 1 hour time each week day and
2 hours each weekend day after my schedule became
so tight recently.
I have been doing at least 15 min warmup and 20 min
cooldown. So during week days, should I run faster
than before (roughly 30 min) to get enough 'quality?'
and leave LHR runs to weekend? Will LHR run still work
for just 30min or so of running?

My body weight is bouncing back a little during the past two+
weeks due to less running. What should I do?

少吃点。我这几个礼拜也是,mileage下来了嘴巴还没管住,体重嗖嗖的就上去了

这个量已经很大了,加起来9个小时了,在跑班也算10%了。。。。

Sorry for being lazy to read the big book, but what are the key points in
LHR?
Just run as slow as possible and try to run more?
Are you following any plans?
I have been running with about 150HR. It felt like sleeping but not very
easy. I am not sure whether this kind of running will help physically ( I
know the mental part-:P)

I did not follow any plan. I just started running last summer,
and knew LHR in last Oct. My 5mph HR dropped about 30bpm, and now
running @5.5 and 6mph.
What I have been doing is that I increase pace after significant
HR drop. I am going to finish 5.5mph LHR soon (I believe within
the next 2 weeks or so) and will move to 6 and 6.5mph after that.
I have been mostly running treadmills because cold weather/snow,
and it is very easy to track HR improvement.

the big book的精华浓缩中译本已面世,译者如花,发行商跑版置顶书社。花十分钟看
完中译本,的确没有必要再看the big book了
