tempo) and distance in the coming Spring and Summer.
How should I talk to my physician? His nurse was not interested
to get me do this when I was making the appointment through

because if anything bad happens, they cannot afford to be sued.
you can simply tell your doctor your concerns and you feel you have
bradycardia or suddenly drop of heart rate compared to baseline. your doctor
will ask you if you have any symptoms such as chest pain, dizziness,
shortness of breath, headache. Physical exam will be done and labs including
thyroid function possibly. then followed by EKG, holter, echocardiogram,
stress test et al if needed.
