G**********e 发帖数: 134 | 1 I run 4.5 mils on weekdays, 10 mile on weekends. and I plan to run 10 miles
4 times a week. Which schedule would be better?
Also, my main purpose is to lose weight, maybe another 10 lbs. I only ran
10k once in he last 6 months. A little bit over 50 minutes. My age group is
45+.
Please advise. I am new to running. Just started 6 months ago. Already lost
15 lbs.
Also, I am running with a group. On Tuesdays, they had interval runs, uphill
& down hill run. Mu understanding is that we build certain muscle for each
different practice.
Also, what do you guys do for cross training?
Happy Memorial Day. | w********6 发帖数: 12977 | 2 if you just want to lose weight, then just run slow, and make sure you have
variety in your running, route, distance, so your body will constantly
receive surprise to maximize your running benefits.
schedule is best for runner with aim to improve and eventually race at
certain distance, ie, 5k, 10k, half M, full M, etc | G**********e 发帖数: 134 | 3 Thanks, 老狼.
I do have some running schedules. I have one more 10k run and half-marathon
this year. But they are not my highest priority. I just run it for fun and
see I am a little bit faster each time.
I am glad that running is very effective way of losing weight. I heard
someone asked me to run 10 mile every day, others said one hour every day.
Seems like I can run as much I want. | j***y 发帖数: 5098 | 4 慢跑加控制饮食,
再减10lb应该不成问题,
