Here are a few tips:
1. lower your pace;
2. monitor your heart rate
3. run 10min and walk 2-3min to make sure your heart rate drop below 120
For those pregnant ladies who I know ran during pregnancy, they stopped
around 6 months.
I personally didn’t run during pregnancy, I feel walk/swimming is safer.
