I am planning to go the 6 mile loop on park drive inside the park,
not the smaller paths/trails...but not sure whether it's safe, esp. up north
...

般是回避“魔鬼坡”（坡太大，人太少）。人最少时一大圈下来见人不过十。最感动的
一次是有人发LED灯还送一句“Safe jogging". |

I know there is a long hill northwest, but not sure whether that's what you
are referring to...
