我住在Marriott Waterfront，不知道附近有啥安全的跑步trail么？ 周六需要跑一个
20迈。实在不行就在旅馆的跑步机上跑了。
我N年前去过waterfront，但是整个感觉是巴尔的摩不太安全. |

Fort McHenry来回。
周末早上跑的。沿途看房子的样子不破落，没有感到治安问题。
Fort McHenry里面有厕所，可以加水，排水。恍惚记得是8点开门。

成毒品交易场所，警察后来突击检查，发现N多具尸体。

发帖数: 85 | 8 Hi: if you have a car, look up ncr trail which is used to host a marathon
annually. If you don't have a car, just run along the inner harbor. Your
hotel is right near the water, just run along the side of water and it will
take you into a few good places, fells point, canton, national aqurium... It
's beautiful there especially running in the morning when there are less
tourists.
Don't run into bad neighborhood. That's why running along the water is the
key. Welcome to Baltimore, you got to try our crab cake. meanwhole hope you
will enjoy the run:) weather-wise, long sleeve will do.
