发帖数: 23 | 1 Went out for a long run with a group of 20+ running buddies this morning at
8am after several days running inside on treadmills. Raining all the time,
foggy, water/ice spots all the way along the road. Very slippery along the
river. Fell done once no injury (thanks to some fat in the butt :-). Very
scenic early in the morning like in the Chinese water painting. Completely
soaked after 30 minutes and got back after 2 hours covering 12 miles. One
blister on the foot and no damage to the private place. Wanted to move to CA
or TX on the way :-) |
