12 I still use it at the weekend) last about 3 years and have more than 2k
miles. The sole is almost worn out completely. I came to this mitbbs board
and learned I should change the shoes.
I found Brooks Cascadia 8 is on sale on running warehouse. It is called "
trail shoes". I don't know how this shoe is different from Asics Nimbus. And
also my running route is 50% at gym and 50% outdoor (most of concrete,
small part of trail). I am a 菜鸟. Each day I am running only about 5-6
miles with the pace about 9 and one I week I run about 25 to 30 miles total.
Can anyone recommend some shoes which is similar as Asics Nimbus? The
current Nimbus is too expensive for me. I bought my old one at local Costco
and only less than $40 3-4 years ago.

". Does this really mean something?
