Hi Cagey,
I think what you need to do is uninstall everything (Garmin Express, Ant
Agent, Garmin Communicator, and the USB driver if you use 205/305) and then
reinstall everything but Garmin Express. I'm not sure what Garmin Express
does, but it mucks with stuff.

Garmin Express is only compatible with Garmin Connect. If you install it,
you will no longer be able to upload your workouts to RunningAHEAD.com or
any other websites. I am working on a way to work around the problem. Please
refrain from installing it until then.

发帖数: 550 | 9 终于解决了garmin 310xt上传不了数据到runningahead。com的问题了。只要硬重设系
统设置就好了。花了不少时间找解决办法，也打电话到客服，没解决，这里分享一下，
免得少走弯路
To perform the master reset:
Power Forerunner off.Press and hold Enter and Mode buttons.Press and release
Power button.Press and release Lap/Reset (watch will power off)Wait 3
seconds.Release Enter and Mode. |

发帖数: 550 | 10 当然表上的数据都丢失了。不过能用就好，以后每周都传数据。免得丢数据太多。另外
顺便还发现有软件可以把runkeeper, garmin connect 还有其他一些运动apps数据汇总
的apps https://tapiriik.com/.不过现在看有没有把runkeeper和RA联起来的办法 |

310xt 用dangle 无线连接。现在用garmin ant导入，runningahead可以接受到。
garmin connect做得很失败
