我平常的跑步路线是公路旁边的人行道算是road trail，一半是黑色的柏油路面，还比
较软
剩下的是灰色水泥路好硬。
我在running houseware按surface分类选鞋的话，给我推荐的是stack height maximal
我担心底太厚会不会对膝盖震动过大？我目前Newton Distance挺适应的
